Meet the Team
Project manager, interior designer and bookkeeper. The Designer holds a degree in interior design and worked for several years as an independent business interiors and stage production consultant and designer for several years in London.
Has more than 12 years' experience as a bartender and mixologist with a degree in cocktail and mixology. He has managed several successful bars including award winning Michelin star restaurants and luxury hotels. He has completed training with Diageo, the largest distillery and beverage company in the world.
Has experience in Michelin starred restaurants, high end hotels, catering, and restaurant consultancy for over a decade in various roles. Most recently he has been in a leadership role working as part of a global catering business. He is inspired by cuisines from around the world, creating attractive and flavour-forward food with eclectic tastes and exiting but approachable menus.
